Tyler Eliopoulos
As the principal and founder of Pacific Bay Partners, Tyler’s experience spans many aspects of commercial and residential real estate, including acquisitions, development, operations, design and construction. Since 2010 he has worked in multiple asset classes, including Multifamily, Manufactured and RV communities, Retail and Single-Family home development. Tyler currently oversees a portfolio of Manufactured/RV Communities and Multifamily properties and is engaged in every aspect of the business, from day-to-day operations to the acquisition and development of new assets.

C.J. Nakagawa
As head of Investor Relations at Pacific Bay Partners, C.J. brings a unique blend of brokerage excellence, development experience, and capital partnerships to the firm. He has been directly involved in high-end residential sales, ground-up developments, and multifamily investment projects across the San Francisco Bay Area. At Pacific Bay Partners, C.J. focuses on cultivating investor relationships and supporting equity raises, while also contributing to the design, construction, and long-term performance of assets across multiple real estate classes.

Ken Wan
As Controller and Asset Manager at Pacific Bay Partners, Ken manages financial reporting, acquisitions, financing, and property-level performance to ensure operational efficiency and financial accuracy. He brings over a decade of real estate and operations experience, including his time at Postcard Properties, where he supported acquisitions, financing, and fundraising while overseeing property management, vendor relations, and company operations.

Melody Baylosis
As Executive Assistant and Analyst at Pacific Bay Partners, Mel plays a critical role in supporting operations and strategy. She contributes to data analysis, vendor research, and initial deal origination, while also managing key operational workflows and streamlining communication. Her ability to pair detail-oriented execution with strategic insight makes her an integral part of the firm’s acquisitions, asset management, and long-term growth.

Sue Cozzo
Sue brings a distinguished blend of corporate finance leadership and real estate investment experience to select Pacific Bay Partners transactions. She held senior finance roles at Google and has built a strong track record in multifamily and manufactured housing, including direct ownership of communities alongside Pacific Bay. On certain deals, Sue serves in an Advisor or CFO-level capacity, helping shape strategy, oversee financial operations, and provide transparent investor reporting—pairing institutional discipline with hands-on investment expertise.

Jarad Backlund
Jarad contributes more than two decades of executive-level finance and investment experience as a deal-specific advisor to Pacific Bay Partners. He previously held finance leadership roles at some of Silicon Valley’s largest tech companies like Apple & Google, and he has built a proven record as a real estate investor, owning and managing a single and multifamily portfolio including participating in Pacific Bay transactions such as Claudia’s Mobile Estates. On a few select deals, Jarad takes on responsibilities around financial modeling, investor reporting, and capital structure management, blending institutional rigor with entrepreneurial agility.
